Cellular Visio cell in the Pharmaceutical sector

Serimatec has developed a complete range of automatic video de-potting solution, as part of a research and development project for a Pharmaceutical customer, for very small plastic parts injected (between 1 & 2 grams).

COMPACT CELLULAR VISIO CELL

After customization, this automatic module allows the localization of the parts loaded manually in bulk in a hopper by an operator, and to distribute them in tray one by one at a rate of 720 pieces / hour.

Characteristic of the cell:

  • Cycle time 3s < x <5s per piece
  • Piece from 2 to 100gr
  • Pliers or suction
  • Draining technology: Vibrating plate + 2D HD camera
